Shipping & Delivery
1. Order Fulfilment Timeframes
Each house history is individually researched, written, and designed before being printed and shipped. Customers ordering as a gift can choose to receive a digital gift message confirming what is on the way to the recipient.
Estimated delivery timeframes are:
Snapshot House History: 4–6 weeks
The Heritage Summary House History: 6-8 weeks
Full Story House History: 10-14 weeks
Other Services:
Feasibility Check: 1-2 weeks
House History Research Pack: 2-4 weeks
If there is any significant delay or change to your expected timeline, you will be notified directly.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping for physical products is free.
2. Shipping Methods
At this time, orders are only shipped within England and Wales.
Framed and unframed prints are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Orders are sent via a tracked 24-48 hour courier service (e.g. Royal Mail, DPD, or similar), and you will receive tracking information once your item has been dispatched.
4. International Orders
At this time, our House History services are limited to England and Wales only, and we do not offer international shipping for physical products.
5. Lost or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and arrange a replacement where necessary.
