This step ensures you invest in the right level of research for your home. By confirming what records exist first, we can recommend the most suitable House History package for you, whether that’s a concise snapshot or a full, detailed narrative.

How it works

• Order a Feasibility Check on its own, or it’s included in the purchase of any of our ready-to-buy house history packages

• Within 1–2 weeks, we’ll review available sources for your property.

• You’ll receive a clear summary of what’s been found and a personalised recommendation for the next step.

• You’ll also receive a £30 voucher to remove the cost of a Feasibility Check if you decide to move forward with one of our packages

What if little survives?

If you have already purchased a House History package and records don’t support the chosen option, you won’t lose out. We’ll recommend the best alternative and refund/balance the difference in cost between your chosen package and the one most appropriate for your home.
