How it works

• Order the Pre-Research Check on its own, or it will be automatically added if you purchase a House History package.

• Within 1–2 weeks, I’ll review all available sources for your property.

• You’ll receive a clear summary of what’s been found and my recommendation for the next step.

What if little survives?

If you have already purchased a House History package and records don’t support the chosen option, you won’t lose out. I’ll recommend the best alternative and refund the difference in cost between your chosen package and the one most appropriate for your home.
