This takes 1-2 weeks to complete.

You will receive a summary via email of which records seem to have survived for your property, and confirmation on whether there is enough for your chosen house history package.

If you have not already purchased a full package, you will receive a personalised recommendation on which package is best for your property.

What Your House History Package Includes

All of our house history packages include a digital portfolio, and physical products.

Research & Digital Documents

  • Each package includes hours of online research into your home and its history, the scope of which record collections are included depends on which package you select
  • Every customer also receives an accompanying digital folder containing copies or extracts of some of the key records uncovered during the research, such as maps, census returns, parish registers etc.
  • Also included is a digital copy of your house history

Physical Products

  • All packages include a written narrative that transforms the research into a story about your homes past
  • The presentation of your narrative depends on the package you select. Options range from an A4 or A3 Wall Art Print, or an A5 storybook
  • There is the option to have your Wall Art framed, so that it arrives ready to put on display
